We process personal information you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
Provision of services
We need your personal data in the scope of: billing information, e-mail, phone, or mailing address required to provide services (e.g., company purchase, etc.)
If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and register tax documents.
Marketing – sending newsletters
We use your personal data (e-mail and name) to send newsletters. If you are our customer, we do so for legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news for 5 years after the last order.
If you are not our customer, we will only send you newsletters on the basis of your consent for a period of 5 years from the date of grant.

Thanks to the right of access you can invite us at any time and we provide you with proof of your personal data processing and why within 30 days. You can do so by sending an email at email@example.com
If something is changed for you or you find your personal information out of date, you have the right to add and change your personal information.
You may exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we process your personal data inaccurately.
You may limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, signing out of the newsletter limits the purpose of processing for sending business messages.)
Right to be forgotten
Your next right is the right to be deleted. If you wish, we will delete all your personal information within 30 days.
In cases such as bookkeeping, resp. its records, we are obliged to register documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, it will be possible to delete personal data after this time.
Sign out of newsletters and business messages
We send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.
If you are not yet a customer, we are only sending them to you based on your consent. In either case, you can stop subscribing to our emails by pressing the opt-out link in each email.
We would like to assure you that our co-workers who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality persists even after the termination of our contractual relations with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party.
